For our international customers, please note that shipping costs are higher and there may be significant delays due to production and transit times. To avoid these issues, we highly recommend opting for digital downloads (see next tab). This option ensures you receive your image instantly and can have it printed locally at a fraction of the cost.

Shipping a print overseas can be costly. With digital downloads, you receive the image directly via email, allowing you to print and frame it locally at a fraction of the cost. Plus, you'll always have a backup if your print gets damaged.

Apart from our XXL size, all prints are available in standard sizes: A0, A1, A2, A3, fitting common frames you can purchase independently. Alternatively, choose our framed print option, and we'll deliver it ready to hang.

If for any reason you are not happy with your print or digital download, please contact info@bluemediaexmouth.com within 15 days of receiving your order to discuss a return or exchange. Prints must be returned in their original condition for a full refund or exchange. If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge. Unfortunately, as a small business, we cannot cover return shipping costs. Digital downloads are non-refundable, but if you encounter any issues, we are here to help resolve them promptly.
